Competitive swimming - without losing sight of what matters

 

 

Stokesley ASC is a local, competitive swimming club, based at Stokesley Leisure Centre, North Yorkshire.  

 

A non-profit making organisation, run entirely by volunteers and led by a team of experienced and enthusiastic coaches, we are proud to have local league, county, regional and national gala swimmers in our squad. 

 

We believe competitive swimming should be about enjoyment - a friendly club environment where swimmers can reach their full potential as part of a supportive and inclusive team.  You'll find our progressive squad system encourages this, inspiring our swimmers to improve their technique, fitness and stamina, whilst also developing good sportsmanship, personal integrity and an excellent team spirit.

 

To us, that's what competitive swimming is all about.

 

We always welcome able swimmers from the ages of 6 to 25, and currently offer up to 4 training sessions per week, depending on whether you are a Bronze, Silver or Gold squad swimmer.  We also have a specialist Masters Programme, especially for competing adult swimmers, triathletes and those wishing to focus on stroke technique and stamina.

 

If you'd like to join our club, we offer a 3-week, free trial.  Just email us to let us know you are coming, and then come along to our weekly Tuesday Club Training session, between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.
