Our Silver Squad's weekly training sessions are:
In Silver Squad, our coaches focus on:

further development of stroke and kick technique in all 4 strokes, moving into competition swimming

developing technique in competition starts and turns
-
increasing fitness and stamina, with an introduction to more distance swimming
-
increasing awareness of speed
Once swimmers have developed their stroke technique, fitness, stamina and speed, they are encouraged to progress to our Gold Squad.
Tuesdays 6pm - 7pm
Sundays 3pm - 4pm
