Silver Squad

 

Our Silver squad's weekly training sessions are:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Silver squad, our coaches focus on:

 

  • further development of stroke and kick technique in all 4 strokes, moving into competition swimming

  • developing technique in competition starts and turns

  • increasing fitness and stamina, with an introduction to more distance swimming

  • increasing awareness of speed

 

 

Once swimmers have developed their stroke technique, fitness, stamina and speed, they are encouraged to progress to our Gold squad.

Tuesdays   7pm - 8pm

Sundays    4pm - 5pm

Tuesdays  6pm - 7pm
