Silver Squad

 

Our Silver Squad's weekly training sessions are:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Silver Squad, our coaches focus on:

 

  • further development of stroke and kick technique in all 4 strokes, moving into competition swimming

  • developing technique in competition starts and turns

  • increasing fitness and stamina, with an introduction to more distance swimming

  • increasing awareness of speed

 

 

Once swimmers have developed their stroke technique, fitness, stamina and speed, they are encouraged to progress to our Gold Squad.

Tuesdays   6pm - 7pm
Sundays    3pm - 4pm
